Please advise upon booking, if you have allergies or sensitivities to essential oils, lotions, detergents etc, so precautions can be taken.

Payment Methods
Cash and cheque payment only.

At this time we do not bill directly to insurance companies. Receipts for all Massage therapy treatments will be issued and are suitable for insurance claim purposes.

 

 

Travel Fees for Mobile Services:

The town of Port Hope, Ontario continues to have no additional travel fee.*

(*Unless conditions below are applicable).

All travel fees are based on proximity to Port Hope, and also incorporate travel and setup time.

 

**In some situations or locations, the fee for travel and setup may reflect the following:

>Extenuating setup circumstances or difficulties

(Such as buildings with 2 or more flights of stairs with no elevator access)

>Delays that postpone an appointment

(Such as, not being present at the location at the scheduled time, or if the desired treatment area needs to be cleaned or cleared before setup can begin).

>Special requests

 

We may request specific details about the location where you wish to schedule services. This allows us to give accurate quotes and ensures safety and security.

 

**We reserve the right for Travel Fees to be subject to change. All rates will be mutually agreed upon by all parties upon booking and prices will be confirmed before treatment begins.**

Gift Certificates

Treat a friend, loved one or coworker to a gift of relaxation and health! Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount or purchase a service (example, 60min Massage Therapy or "Pamper Yourself" treatment). Special pricing and promotions can be purchased while on sale.

Gift certificates have no expiry date.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice (by phone or email) is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows for that time to be offered to other clients who may need treatment.

 

Instances where 24 hours notice (even if rescheduling to another day is desired) has not been given, or if you miss an appointment; the Kristy Jessup, RMT Mobile Massage Therapy and Wellness Products Company reserves the right to charge the entire fee for the missed service (treatment and travel fee where applicable).

 

Please be aware that a receipt will be issued which states Fee for Cancellation or Missed Service.
